We're here to simply share the magic of yoga that we've experienced. The beautiful gift of well-being.
We feel strongly that this practice has empowered us to improve our health and overall quality of life. And this practice is all about sharing and exchanging energies.
Adopt a healthier lifestyle, reduce stress, cultivate mindfulness and self-awareness. Give yourself a natural way to recharge and rejuvenate your body and mind.
This can lead to continuous learning, personal growth and a greater sense of inner peace, providing the opportunity for self-discovery as long as you remain curious. Curiosity is something we should never lose. Try to connect with your inner child to stay curious.
We love the physical aspect of yoga. But it really encompasses mental and emotional aspects as well. It's a whole holistic system that fosters a more balanced and harmonious approach to life.
By integrating mind, body and breath, and observing sensations and emotions on the mat, you are likely to take a little journey into yourself.
And best of all... all of this is transferred from your mat to your everyday life.
Big words...but they have given us a deep sense of fulfillment and job satisfaction as yoga teachers. Witnessing the positive changes and transformative growth in our clients is incredibly rewarding.
Our goal is to create a safe, supportive and nurturing space for our clients to practice and grow, focusing on presence and awareness in the present moment. With consistent practice.
But also with fun challenges and quick yoga workouts.
I have had the privilege of guiding students on their yoga journey since 2011. And it has been nothing short of beautiful and wonderfully humbling.
Like many others, I started practicing yoga because it healed my injury. Also, as a professional ballet dancer, I'm pretty well versed in aches and minor injuries. I loved the healing effects

Like many others, I started practicing yoga because it healed my injury. Also, as a professional ballet dancer, I'm pretty well versed in aches and minor injuries. I loved the healing effects of yoga.
Although I really had to learn how not to perform in yoga. How not to have high expectations. To simply trust the flow of possibilities.
The dance of surrendering control.
The beautiful art of letting go.
The practice of focusing on mind-body balance and breath work.
Two things I always encourage my students to pursue. Creativity. Curiosity.
Love for the endless journey of maintaining presence.
I love sharing the tools that yoga has given me mentally, physically and also on my journey to motherhood.
While chasing all kinds of dreams, there is this beautiful practice of now.
